Elden Ring Crafting Material Cost Calculator

Plan Elden Ring crafting costs before you spend your resources.

Add the materials and quantities for any Elden Ring recipe with their unit costs to calculate the total crafting cost per item and for a full batch, including a base fee and a per-material line breakdown.

How is the cost per craft calculated?

For each material the tool multiplies the quantity needed per craft by its cost per unit, sums those line costs, and adds any flat base crafting fee. That sum is the cost to craft one item.

This calculator lets you price out an Elden Ring recipe before you commit your materials. Add each ingredient, set its quantity and unit cost, and the tool returns the cost per craft and the total for a whole batch — with a clear per-material breakdown.

How it works

The maths is a straightforward weighted sum:

  • Line cost. For each material, quantity per craft × cost per unit.
  • Per-craft cost. The sum of every material’s line cost, plus a flat base crafting fee if the recipe charges one.
  • Batch total. The per-craft cost multiplied by how many items you want to make.

Per craft = base fee + Σ (qtyᵢ × unitCostᵢ)

Total = per craft × batch quantity

Worked example

A recipe needing 3 Smithing Stone at 400 each, 2 Beast Blood at 150 each, and 1 Glintstone Dust at 600, with a 100 base fee, crafted 5 times:

Smithing Stone : 3 × 400 = 1,200
Beast Blood : 2 × 150 = 300
Glintstone Dust: 1 × 600 = 600
Base fee : 100
Per craft : 1,200 + 300 + 600 + 100 = 2,200
Batch (×5) : 2,200 × 5 = 11,000

Tips and notes

  • For recipes with intermediate steps, add each sub-component as its own row using the cost it took to make — the total then reflects the full crafting chain.
  • Compare crafting cost against buying the finished item directly to decide whether crafting is worth it.
  • The tool is currency-agnostic, so the same totals work for gold, runes, or any resource. Everything runs locally in your browser.
