How are the prompts built?

Each prompt randomly draws one item from four lists — genre, setting, character archetype, and conflict — and weaves them into a sentence. Because the lists are independent, the number of unique combinations runs into the thousands.

Can I lock the genre?

Yes. Choose a specific genre from the dropdown and only that genre's framing is used; leave it on Any for a fully random mix across all genres each time you generate.

Are these prompts ever repeated?

Repeats are possible but unlikely given the size of the combination space. Each click is an independent random draw, so you can generate many prompts in a row and rarely see the same one twice.
