Diablo 4 Crafting Material Cost Calculator

Plan Diablo 4 crafting costs before you spend your resources

Add the Diablo 4 materials and quantities a recipe requires, set the gold value of each, and the tool totals your crafting cost, applies a number of crafts, and shows the per-craft and grand-total spend.

How does the calculator total crafting cost?

It multiplies each material's quantity by its gold value to get a line cost, sums those line costs into a per-craft total, then multiplies by the number of crafts you plan to perform for the grand total.

Crafting, upgrading, and re-rolling in Diablo 4 consume materials and gold that are easy to underestimate until your stash is empty. This calculator lets you list every input a recipe needs, value each one, and see the full cost — per craft and across your whole plan — before you commit a single resource.

How it works

Each material line is valued, the lines are summed, and the total is scaled by how many crafts you plan:

line cost = quantity × gold value
per-craft cost = Σ line costs
grand total = per-craft cost × number of crafts

By converting every input to a common gold value, crafts that consume completely different materials become directly comparable.

Example and tips

If a single re-roll costs 200 gold plus a handful of materials worth roughly 50 gold each, the per-craft figure looks cheap — until you set the number of crafts to the twenty rolls a stubborn affix often needs and watch the grand total climb. Use the drop-rate tool to estimate expected rolls, then plug that count in here to budget the whole attempt honestly.
